I have attached photos of “Before”, “After”, and “Finished look”. The material we chose is “Kilburn Oatmeal SR12902”, although my photos tend to show it a bit lighter than it actually is. We now have the caravan that we love, with a up to date look, for a cost of less than 1/10th of the cost of a new caravan.
We would definitely recommend C.B.S.C.C services to anyone considering updating their upholstery."

"Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! What an amazing company! It was with some trepidation that I sent the two main lounge cushions of our Coachman Amara 380/2 caravan off to them to have replacement foam inserted. There was nothing wrong with the upholstery material itself which was in very good condition and we wanted to keep that but we like a firm bed and the original foam was 9 years old - it was time to replace it. From start to finish this company was a joy to deal with. Zoe - (I hope she doesn't mind that I single her out but she was my initial contact ) explained the service that they offered and the time scale involved in the process - 3 to 4 weeks. The original upholstery was stitched in place with no zip and the seats also had a knee roll as is common in many caravans and I couldn't see how it could be unstitched without leaving any evidence but Zoe assured me that this would be so. They also offered a courier collection service and, once I had paid a deposit, the packaging material for the cushions arrived by first class post the following day. It included two layers of plastic heavy-duty bags, a large roll of Sellotape to secure everything firmly and two small samples of foam to check which density we preferred. Once the two cushions were packaged I simply telephoned CBSCC and a courier arrived that same day to collect the cushions. The whole process took less than 3 weeks and the cushions were returned to our door by courier service. Faultless!
It should also be noted that all this was completed whilst we were still in the semi lock-down period due to Covid-19 and this company, like so many others, was unable to operate at all until 15 May.
The cushions look brilliant and CBSCC did an amazing job. I am a bit of a seamstress myself and have looked closely at the cushions. You really can't see any external difference - they even added a full-length zip along the back for easy removal in the future if required. CBSCC have been such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I highly recommend them. Their expertise and service has obviously been finely honed over the years and it is faultless. A delight to deal with from start to finish. Thank you!"

"We ordered a new mattress for our van from the Caravan and Seat Cover Centre a couple of weeks ago, and are very happy with our experience! It was very nice dealing with a small company with very personalised service! Zoe was very helpful over the phone in advising us on what to purchase and also sent some foam samples out to help us decide what we wanted. We needed a mattress that was a special size and was split so it could be folded, and we ended up getting a different type of foam for each side, since my partner and I had different preferences. It's great that they're able to fill pretty much any custom order! They were also helpful in making the delivery as convenient as possible. The mattress arrived last week. It was the exact right size, and the cover is a high-quality material and is removable and washable. It is very well made, with a sturdy zipper, and I'm sure it will last a long time.
